Plant Location Notes 12.2 mi. NNW Citronelle, E side US 45; fine sandy peat of pine-willow oak-Nyssa biflora flat adjacent to longleaf pine-evergreen scrub flats. Open woodland, light shade.
Plant Description Notes Flowers open at ca. 9:00 A. M. An abundant and "pure" population with X. ambigua, X. baldwiniana, X. caroliniana, X. difformis difformis, X. drummondii, X. fimbriata, X. iridifolia nearby but in different systems.
