Plant Location Notes Cajamarca Dept. 11 to 15 km on road from Panamerican Hwy at Contumaza to Cascas (Km 94 to 101 above Casa Grande). Moist rocky scrub and disturbed shrubland. 7°25'S, 78°50'W. Elev. 2450-2550 m.
Plant Description Notes Arching to scandent shrub, 1 to 2 m long from thick tubers. Flowers pendent; pedicels, ovary, hypanthium and sepals red, petals maroon, style and stigma pink. Fruits deep maroon when mature.
