Plant Description Notes Shoots to 1.5 m, musoid. Leaves green above with wine red midrib; pale green below with distinct reticulate venation. Inflorescence erect, below level of leaves; bracts distichous, margins revolute. Bracts and rachis bright red, puberulous. Flowers: passed. Fruits: blue at maturity.
