Plant Location Notes Low hills between San Juan de los Platanos and Amatlan (Sta. Ana), in sparse woodland with Cordia, Amphipterygium, Cercidium, Caesalpinia platyloba; elevation ca. 275 m. 
Plant Description Notes Abundant, weedy, in pasture 1 mile west of San Juan. Prostrate; flowers yellow.
