| Plant Description Notes | Appressed epiphyte; internodes to 1.5 cm long, 3 cm diam., with brownish periderm; petioles medium green with maroon lines, terete, narrowly and more or less acutely sulcate; dark maroon at apex; blades semiglossy, markedly bicolorous; minor veins distinct below; inflorescence 1 per axil; peduncle medium green with maroon lines; spathe dark green outside on tube, bright cherry-red on tube within, blades pale green (maroon short-lineate throughout); pistils greenish-white; the stigmas reddish; male spadix white. |
