Plant Description Notes Epiphyte at 3 m; Internodes short, 2 cm diameter; Cataphyllic fibers reddish-brown, persistent, semi-intact; Petioles subterete, obtusely flat adaxially, or sharply convex to V-sulcate; Blade corlac, markedly bicolorous, dark green and matte above, weakly glossy below; Midrib convex both sides, sometimes acute below; Collective vein and primary lateral veins about equally sunken, raised below; Tertiary veins obscure; Spathe light green, reflexed; Spadix pale yellowish green, weakly glossy.
