Plant Description Notes Terrestrial in sandy soil of stream bank. Stems short, densely rooted; cataphyll short, lanceolate; petiole sharply D-shaped with a faint medial rib; midrib above flat near base, acute near middle, rounded beneath or slightly higher than broad; spathe green, reflexed; spadix green, fruits purple, subglobose but truncate at apex.
