Plant Location Notes Lancetilla Valley ca 10 miles SE of Tela; along Rio Lancetilla, on trail to water reservoir, elev. 10-150 m. 
Plant Description Notes Terrestrial, well-rooted; petiole terete, the pulvinus paler; blades semiglossy; major veins raised on both sides; blade paler beneath with secondary veins darker green, visible; spathe green, erect-spreading; spadix dark purple-violet, the stigmas clear and colorless.
