| Plant Location Notes | Locally abundant under open stand of Pinus palustris (with wire grass, Styrax, I. glabra & Nyssa scrub), on sandy terrace sloping to wet area containing I. myrtifolia, I. coriacea, Hypericum shrubs, Sarracenia Sledgei, S. purpurea, S. paittacina & Marshallia graminifolia. Collected with Delzie Demaree & Richard L. Diener from approximately the north-south center of the county: about 1 1/2 m. w. of the Alabama state line, about 3 1/2 mi. n. of Pecan & about 1 1/2 mi. n. of U. S. Highway 90. |
