Plant Location Notes 9 km NW of Santa Maria Xadani, plants uncommon in areas around Las Lobas, southeastern slopes of Cerro de Lobo, 2 km N of Finca Monte Carlo; 16°00'27.8''N, 96°6'32.6"W, approx. 1170 m; semi-evergreen tropical forest with mixed coffee and Ficus, Inga and Poinsettia; corollas opening at 22:00 and remaining open through following afternoon; sympatric with Ruella conzattii.
Plant Description Notes Small shrubs to 1.5 m, corollas pale yellow.
